What is Factuurmaken.nl?
Factuurmaken.nl is a Dutch online invoicing tool for freelancers (zzp'ers) and small businesses, offered by Monorepo B.V. in Amsterdam. With Factuurmaken.nl you make and send invoices and quotes, have payment reminders sent automatically, let clients pay online with iDEAL, have your bank link tick off paid invoices and pull client details from the Dutch KVK register. It is built for the invoice; anyone who wants to do their own books can add the separate AI Bookkeeping add-on. A one-off invoice without an account costs €0.50; subscriptions start at €2.50 per month.

What it is not
Factuurmaken.nl is not a bookkeeping suite. The invoicing tool creates no journal entries and prepares no annual accounts; your accountant reads your invoices along for free, so nothing has to be retyped. Anyone who wants to do their own books finds that in our sister product AI Bookkeeping, a separate add-on. Filing the VAT return stays with you or your accountant either way.
