Can I really walk away from my invoice plan any month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Who doesn't hate it: you sign up for something, you no longer need it, and yet you're locked in for a year. We do too! So we don't lock you into anything: you pay per month and cancel whenever you like. After cancelling you keep access until the end of your paid period; that date is right there in your dashboard. Did we just bill you within 3 days of when you wanted to cancel? Drop us an e-mail and we'll refund it minus €0.50 processing costs.

Do I need an account or a plan to create an invoice?

Accepted Answer

No. You can create an invoice without an account, preview it for free and download the PDF for €0.50. A plan is for those who invoice more often: saved clients and products, quotes and automatic reminders. Basis covers up to 7 invoices a month, Pro up to 500, and Business invoices without a limit.

What does it cost when my client pays online?

Every online payment costs €0.29, the same in every plan. No tiers, no surprises afterwards: your dashboard shows exactly how many payments came in this period.

Why let my clients pay online with iDEAL or Bancontact?

Accepted Answer

Because a pay button in the invoice e-mail removes the hurdle: your client taps it, picks their bank and done. No mistyped IBAN, no 'I'll do it tonight'. Invoices with an iDEAL payment link are paid roughly three times faster on average, and about 40% of clients pay the same day. The button is in every invoice e-mail and every reminder you send.

Where does the money land and how fast am I paid out?

Directly in your own MultiSafepay account. You connect it under Settings, Online payments, and every payment lands there. We never hold your money. How often MultiSafepay pays out to your bank account is something you set there yourself. A paid invoice is marked as paid automatically, and you only pay us €0.29 per successful payment, settled with your next monthly charge.

How many invoices and quotes can I create on Basis?

Accepted Answer

Basis covers up to 7 invoices and 7 quotes per billing period. Credit notes do not count towards it and stay unlimited. Reached the limit? Upgrading to Pro takes effect right away, so you can carry on immediately.

What is the Administration extension?

For €5.00 per month on top of any plan, receipts and purchase invoices are read out automatically and matched to your bank debits. Bank transactions are unlimited on every plan; only the scans are metered. You get monthly scans sized to your plan: 50 on Basis, 100 on Pro and 250 on Business, and extra scans can be bought separately. Switch the extension on or off whenever you like; switching off takes effect immediately and everything you already uploaded stays readable.
