Explain what the shoot includes
Before the shoot, agree its duration, the number of selected images, editing and how the client may use the photographs. Record this in the quote and use matching descriptions on the invoice.
Invoice the package as one line or itemise its parts. Do not charge again for editing already included in the package.

A description can refer to your usage agreement, but factuurmaken does not draft licence terms or manage image rights. Keep those agreements with your assignment records.
Deposit and remaining payment
Record instalments and invoice dates in the quote if you want to bill part of the fee in advance. You might schedule one invoice before the shoot and another around delivery. You choose those dates; the system does not detect when you deliver the photographs.
Do a deposit and final invoice count as one invoice?
No, they are two separate invoices. Five shoots with two instalments each therefore mean ten invoices. When choosing a plan, count those invoices and the quotes you create, including quotes for shoots that do not go ahead.
